At Legacy Allied Health, we are committed to providing a quality service at an affordable price.

Pricing Schedule

  • Legacy Allied Health is able to deliver services for participants with NDIS funding which is plan-managed or self-managed. We are unable to service Agency-managed participants. The NDIS price guide recommends $193.99 per hour for speech pathology and occupational therapy services.

    • NDIS Travel - $184.29 per hour

  • Medicare rebates are available for some private services. Legacy Allied Health practitioners are registered with Medicare to provide 50 minute appointments. This enables the client to claim part payment of fees from Medicare or Private Health when a valid referral is provided.

    • Assessment and Therapy - $184.29 per hour

    • Equipment Prescription - $184.29 per hour

    • Travel - $184.29 per hour

    • Basic Report - $150.00

    • Complex Report - $300.00

  • Clinical supervision for Occupational Therapists

    $180.00 per hour + GST

    Small Group (2-6 participants) Reflective Practice Supervision

    $90 per participant per hour + GST, by arrangement

    $220.00 per hour + GST

Rebates and Funding

  • Legacy Allied Health are able to provide supports for plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Please inform your therapist if you or the person you represent have an NDIS plan prior to your first appointment. At your first appointment you will be required to sign a service agreement in accordance with NDIS guidelines. For more information visit the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

  • Legacy Allied Health is able to provide services for people referred under a Chronic Disease Management Plan. These plans are arranged by your GP and entitle you to a limited number of allied health appointments per calendar year, with an associated rebate of $58.00. On the completion of the final session, your treating practitioner will write a completion summary back to the referring practitioner. For more information visit Chronic Disease Management.   • Many private health funds cover allied health services. Please contact your individual fund to check your rebate amount. Gap fees apply.

  • NDIS clients will receive an invoice following the completion of the associate service, with payment due within 21 days.

    Clients claiming Medicare or Private Health Insurance will be required to pay their account in full before we process their claim through Medicare online, with their rebate being reimbursed directly by the funder.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, 100% cancellation fee will apply. Exceptional circumstances will be considered.
